The Consultant Services during the negotiations process of awarding the Project, the processing of the contract terms as well as their management. Subsequently, it included the preparation of all the requested studies of the Infrastructure Works and the Building Facilities, the supervision of construction and the management of the construction Project.
It included the preparation, monitoring, updating of the time schedule of the Project, as well as the preparation – documentation of the investment budget and the economic planning of the Project.
Finally, the issuing of all the required establishment and operation licenses of the catering activities as well as the acceptance of the Project and the composition and monitoring of the approval process of the Project’s Records.
